住房需知：
1.進房時間為15:00 退房時間為12:00 。
2.個人盥洗用具請自理。
3.客廳為公共空間，請維持安靜、乾淨，且請勿大聲喧嘩。
4.房間冷氣開放時間為18:00PM~11:00AM。
5.謝絕攜帶寵物，攜帶寵物者一律不接待，請見諒。
6.有提供接送服務，須自費。
7.貴重物品請自行保管，如有遺失恕不負責，請見諒。
8.遺失鑰匙須賠償NT.500元整。
9.延後退房每小時酌收NT.100元整。
10.嚴禁吸毒，喧嘩、嗑藥、偷竊或攜帶違禁品、危險物品，
